Customer Relations Coordinator
The Interactive Services department at Stringletter is looking for a Customer Relations Coordinator to be our audience champion - responsible for ensuring our customers’ needs are met, for tracking and sharing those needs with the department, and for advocating for our audience throughout the company.
You’ll serve an international audience of enthusiast and professional musicians who rely on our established media brands,Acoustic Guitar, Strings,and Ukulele,for websites, magazines, books, videos, downloads, sheet music, and educational and event opportunities. In addition to handling customer service duties and engaging directly with our audience, The Customer Relations Coordinator will provide administrative support in several aspects of subscription and product fulfillment and will help keep the department on track by maintaining our monthly calendar and routing campaign checklists.
