Advertising Associate, Acoustic Guitar
Acoustic Guitar is published by String Letter Publishing, an established, award-winning music publishing company based in San Rafael, California, just 15 minutes north of the Golden Gate Bridge. The Acoustic Guitar brand consists of a monthly print magazine, four e-newsletters, and our website, www.acousticguitar.com.
Acoustic Guitar is looking for an organized, detail-oriented Advertising Associate with excellent written, verbal, and phone skills. The Advertising Associate will sell multi-platform advertising packages to guitar industry clients in an assigned territory, and will provide administrative support for the advertising department.
Experience in advertising sales, CRM software, and familiarity with the publishing industry is ideal. Experience with stringed instruments and/or the music products industry a plus, and a background in advertising, marketing, or related field helpful. We are looking for an enthusiastic self-starter with the ability to meet ongoing deadlines and goals.
