| Doug Young lives and performs in the San Francisco Bay Area. He is a frequent contributor to Acoustic Guitar and has had the pleasure of interviewing many of his heroes, from Pierre Bensusan to Tommy Emmanuel. When Young’s not working on new guitar pieces, he’s usually recording himself or others in his home studio, where he recorded his self-produced CD,Laurel Mill (www.dougyoungguitar.com). Young’s first instructional book, Understanding DADGAD for Fingerstyle Guitar, was just published by Mel Bay. |
